Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to ensure professional growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
