Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nigeria. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting SYNLAB’s range of tests and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • 2 – 5 years’ cognate experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Must have experience creating sales plans from scratch
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Science related discipline. (Professional certification will be an added advantage)
