About the Role

  • We are seeking driven and persuasive Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving product awareness, and most importantly, closing sales to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and engage potential customers to drive interest in KMobile products.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers by closing sales.
  • Demonstrate product features, answer customer inquiries, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, neat, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and submit daily/weekly reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as directed.

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in marketing or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phones and gadgets.

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve a minimum daily sales target of 2 phones.
  • Consistently meet or exceed set monthly sales goals.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective engagement and closing.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that drives positive feedback and repeat sales.
