Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and courier services.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Good knowledge of the Ilorin business environment is an added advantage.
