Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel related products/services, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others plan their trips, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Recommend and sell travel products and services based on client needs and preferences.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales and build long-term relationships.
- Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Bsc/HND Certification.
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and travel booking platforms
