Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance, report on sales activities, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to maintain expertise and stay ahead of the competition.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven sales experience with results, preferably in a similar industry for at least two years.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced results-driven  environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
