Position Overview:
- Medcourt Support Services, Ikeja, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a National Diploma (ND) who is eager to develop a career in sales within the public sector, specifically focusing on medical equipment. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to build his/her expertise in this specialized field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting and selling medical equipment to public sector clients, including hospitals, clinics, and government health agencies.
- Engage Hospitals for small deals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to public sector needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the public health sector.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- National Diploma (ND) in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing or any relevant science field
- Little or no prior experience in sales is acceptable; a keen interest in medical equipment and the healthcare sector is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in Ikeja and travel within the region as needed.
