Job Overview
- A Medical outfit in Lagos,is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in the medical equipment industry.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and procurement teams.
- Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to the management and product teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, healthcare systems, and procurement processes.
- Experience selling medical equipments is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
