Job Summary

  • Getsimfy is seeking a results-driven FX Sales Executive with a strong background in Treasury or Corporate Banking to drive foreign exchange sales, manage institutional and corporate client relationships, and support revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FX products, client advisory, and deal execution within a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive FX sales by originating, negotiating, and closing foreign exchange transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring consistent revenue generation and client satisfaction.
  • Provide FX advisory services, including market insights, pricing guidance, and risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.
  • Monitor FX market trends and proactively identify opportunities for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC standards.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Support client onboarding and maintain strong post-transaction relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or FX Sales within a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience managing corporate or institutional clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in FX transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
