Sales Executive
- We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Sales Executive to promote and sell a digital identity verification tool used by businesses for KYC, onboarding, fraud prevention, and secure authentication. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, tech-savvy, goal-driven, and able to sell value, not just a product.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across industries (FinTech, Banking, HR, Education, Insurance, E-commerce, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining features, use cases, and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials, market positioning, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on digital identity trends, regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and virtual product presentations.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to simplify tech concepts for clients).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills—able to turn conversations into conversions.
- Tech-savvy, with interest in SaaS, digital identity, regtech, or cybersecurity tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage and grow long-term client relationships.
- Analytical thinking for assessing customer needs and tailoring product value propositions.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or any sales tracking tool).
- Time management & organizational skills; able to handle multiple leads effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Problem-solving ability and confidence to handle objections.
- Team collaboration, especially with marketing, product, and customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (optional depending on company preference).
- Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, digital products, or identity verification tools is an added advantage.
- Experience selling to corporate clients is highly desirable.
