Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
- Product/Service Presentations: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential and existing customers, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating prices and contracts to close deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for the client and the company.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas or targets.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying new sales opportunities by researching markets, networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
