Sales Executive
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Abuja.
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and managing customer relationships.
- Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining property listings, providing detailed information about available plots, and coordinating with financial institutions to assist clients with financing options.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Professional certification in real estate (preferred)
