Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvyOnline Sales Executiveto join our sales team.
  • This role involves engaging with customers online, providing accurate product information, processing orders, managing transactions, and ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact professionally with customers via online platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.)
  • Provide timely and accurate product information to potential customers
  • Process and track online orders through to successful delivery
  • Handle payment transactions securely and efficiently
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in online communication tools and e-commerce platforms
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and tech products is a strong advantage
