Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvyOnline Sales Executiveto join our sales team.
- This role involves engaging with customers online, providing accurate product information, processing orders, managing transactions, and ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact professionally with customers via online platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate product information to potential customers
- Process and track online orders through to successful delivery
- Handle payment transactions securely and efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in online communication tools and e-commerce platforms
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
