Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, marketing and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support lead generation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in core sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
