Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively promoting and selling the company’s internet, broadband, and telecom solutions to new and existing residential and/or business customers.
  • The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for ISP services (e.g., dedicated internet, fiber, broadband packages).
  • Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, fieldwork, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of prospective and existing customer requirements to recommend the most suitable internet and telecommunications solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to meticulously track all sales activities, customer interactions, and accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role.
  • Passion for selling.
  • Minimum of 3 years trackable experience.

Compensation: salary+individual commission+departmental commission (commission-sharing)
