Sales Executive
Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help grow Internopay’s market presence by driving new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting our international payments and financial analytics solutions.
- You will be the face of our company to prospects, responsible for meeting sales targets, educating customers about our services (fair FX, lower fees, fast processing), and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients (businesses, merchants, SMEs) in the domestic and cross-border payments space, using a mix of outreach channels (cold calls, email, social media, networking).
- Present and explain Internopay’s product offerings to potential clients, highlighting value propositions like transparency in fees, real-time FX rates, and speed of transactions.
- Generate leads, follow up, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business or referrals.
- Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for customers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events, webinars, or trade shows to represent Internopay and bring in new leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain financial products, fees, FX/rates, transaction flows.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs; data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, resilient, able to follow through with leads and close sales under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally (with product, operations, compliance).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Familiarity with local and international payments, or willingness to learn.
