Sales Executive
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and ensuring excellent customer experience while representing the company’s brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers or tenants.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests to ensure conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering excellent post-sale support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property laws/regulations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
