Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of DSRs within assigned territory.
- Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Submit timely reports on sales activities and results.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a OND or SSCE qualification
- Proven experience in sales and team supervision.
