Sales Executive

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new leads and close new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector as well as develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers while preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities and further promote and sell the company’s transport solutions (courier, dispatch and fleet mgt. etc).
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand business reach.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably 3-4 years within transport/logistics services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
