Job Description
- In our next step of development to expand our business and presence in the country we are looking for a competent, self-motivated, hardworking and experienced Sales Executive with an established network in the IT industry.
- As a Sales Executive, you will act as a bridge between our customers and our business units using a consultative selling strategy to understand the customers’ business, including their current situation and their future direction, and propose a series of solutions and capabilities that exceed their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.
- You will be responsible for gaining new business, keeping and growing existing customers .
Responsibilities
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales target.
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly..
- Timely submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored
- Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and informative
- Quickly solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation.
Requirements
We are looking to hire a Graduate (with a minimum of First Degree), at least three (3) years’ (B2B) IT selling experience and can demonstrate the following:
- Deep understanding of sales strategies
- Outstanding knowledge of company’s products and services
- Strong market research skills
- Analytical thinker with superior problem solving skills
