Sales Executive

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us acquire and grow our customer base across all channels – B2B, agents, and other customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert potential customers across all VTpass segments: individuals, agents, resellers, and Enterprise clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and inbound channels.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches, product demos, and pricing offers tailored to each segment.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the product, support, and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet or exceed sales targets monthly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years’ experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing conversations and objection handling.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving instincts.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales reporting tools, and sales funnels.
  • Experience selling to fintechs or small businesses is a plus.
