Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer with Topgate Automations and Controls Limited, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s products and solutions.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical services to meet client needs.
- The candidate will also provide technical expertise to assist in configuring and supporting the implementation of engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to drive business growth and secure new opportunities
- Strong Technical Support skills to address client needs and provide tailor-made solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and maintain effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
- Experience in engineering, automation, or control systems is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines with a focus on quality
- Knowledge of the industrial sectors served by the company, such as FMCG, oil, gas, power generation, and water treatment, is an advantage.
