  • You’re a seasoned sales leader with at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or financial services.
  • You’re a strategic thinker, capable of executing sales strategies that align with revenue goals and business growth.
  • You’re an expert in foreign exchange (FX) solutions, with a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in Africa.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and negotiator, skilled at securing high-value enterprise deals and building C-suite relationships.
  • You’re a motivated and data-driven leader, adept at setting and exceeding KPIs while leading a high-performing sales team.

Your responsibilities…

  • You will develop and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • You will refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to target high-value financial institutions and corporate clients.
  • You will lead and manage the sales team, setting and tracking performance KPIs to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • You will oversee sales process optimization, working with Sales Ops to ensure CRM data accuracy and forecast reliability.
  • You will identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding into new regions and securing fintech partnerships.
  • You will build and maintain C-suite relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • You will lead complex deal negotiations, optimizing pricing and contractual terms in collaboration with Finance and Compliance.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs.
  • You will ensure all sales activities comply with SWIFT, KYC/AML, and financial regulations.
  • You will deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, providing data-driven insights to executive leadership.

To be considered, you should have…

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven track record in B2B FX conversion solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the African financial services and FX market, with expertise in consultative sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • High ethical standards, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and adaptable, with a results-driven mindset.
