Your responsibilities…
- You will conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
- You will qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their pain points.
- You will schedule introductory meetings between qualified leads and senior sales executives.
- You will maintain and update the CRM and lead generation database with accuracy.
- You will stay informed on industry trends, CareerBuddy offerings, and outreach strategies.
To be considered, you should have…
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail, especially in follow-ups and CRM updates.
- A goal-oriented mindset and the resilience to handle rejection.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Previous experience in sales, customer support, or other client-facing roles.
