Sales / Business Growth Executive

Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing and acquiring new business leads and clients as well as deposit mobilization, also responsible for promoting company products and services.

Job Functions / Descriptions

  • Create and maintain new beneficial business relationships that would impact the business bottom line through the sales of company offerings.
  • Maintain, expand and improve already existing business relationships.
  • Working with executives to develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
  • Research and develop on new products.
  • Deposit mobilization.
  • Prepare Credit assessment memo (CAM), and submit collated loan applications to the credit management committee for review and approval.
  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Conduct market surveys to find out what is obtainable in the industry.
  • Provide feedback to the supervisor on field sales activities.
  • Market the company’s products to individuals and firms, promoting the company’s services that may meet customers’ needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6+years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent business networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N400,000 – N800,000 / Month.
