Sales & Business Development Executive

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to support our Business Development Manager in driving revenue for our Event & Experience Center.
  • This role sits at the intersection of sales execution and business development support.
  • The ideal candidate will be confident engaging clients, preparing proposals, following up leads, and carrying out on-ground sales activities to close deals.
  • It is well-suited for someone looking to grow into a full Business Development role.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to inbound client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements
  • Follow up prospects consistently to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Conduct site inspections, tours, and client meetings when required.

Proposal & Pitch Support:

  • Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, and pitch documents
  • Customize packages based on client needs and budgets
  • Support pitch meetings and client presentations.

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying new business and revenue opportunities
  • Support partnership outreach with event planners, corporates, brands, and agencies
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, trackers, and CRM records
  • Provide regular sales activity and performance reports.

On-Ground Sales & Field Activities:

  • Attend networking events and industry functions
  • Carry out physical follow-ups with prospective clients when necessary
  • Support deal closure and client onboarding processes.

Administrative & Documentation Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and contracts
  • Support preparation of agreements and related documentation
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 – 3 years experience in sales, business development, client servicing, events, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to confidently engage clients and stakeholders
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and professional correspondence
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal.
