Sales Attendant
Location: Osogbo, Osun
Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and answer inquiries about products, prices, and promotions.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Record and update stock levels accurately in the inventory management system.
- Notify the store manager of low stock or out-of-stock items.
- Ensure products are well-arranged, labeled, and displayed neatly for easy customer access.
- Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Handle cash, card, or electronic payments securely and responsibly.
- Ensure electronic devices and equipment are handled carefully and securely.
- Report customer feedback, complaints, or product issues to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a team and deliver excellent customer service.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
