Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers to expand the client base
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and visits
- Present and explain product offerings to healthcare providers and institutions
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Track sales activities and update records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science or any science-related course
- Proven experience with pharma-sales, including positioning, messaging, and product marketing principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
- Experience with digital transformation principles and strategies
