Job Summary

• The Sales Assistant will play a key role in driving customer engagement, supporting in-store sales, and strengthening the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-store customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist with sales transactions, stock management, and store organization.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Manage and promote the brand’s social media presence with engaging content.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure displays align with brand standards.
• Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competitive insights.
• Maintain professionalism while fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (fashion retail preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly (Net)
