Sales and Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all distributor and resellers acquisition and retention
  • Motivate Sales Team to meet agreed target
  • Increase Business Revenue and Revenue Growth Rate
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales through retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.
  • Administrate customer database on email marketing platforms
  • Achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and complete the marketing action plan.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for various channels.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
  • Optimize revenue from all sales channels, retailers, affiliates, etc
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetic, or hair care industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and campaign creation.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to design compelling marketing campaigns.
