Summary

  • As the Sales and Marketing Manager for IBIC Holdings’ hospitality division, you will be at the forefront of our corporate sales, business development, and property expansion efforts.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring premium properties, securing high-value corporate partnerships, driving brand visibility, and delivering tailored hospitality solutions.
  • This role is best suited for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
  • You will play a critical role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring we remain a market leader in luxury hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Property Acquisition & Expansion:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value properties aligned with our brand standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with property owners and negotiate acquisition agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and market analysis on potential acquisitions.

Corporate Sales & Business Development:

  • Design and execute strategies to grow corporate client portfolios and drive revenue.
  • Develop tailored hospitality solutions for businesses, including short-lets, events, and retreats.
  • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Foster and grow relationships with travel agencies, event planners, corporate executives, and hospitality influencers.
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Develop and manage strategic alliance agreements that support long-term growth.

Corporate Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key corporate accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Secure long-term contracts and manage renewals, upselling additional services where applicable.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews to understand client satisfaction and evolving needs.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to shape our positioning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to refine offerings and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual growth and marketing strategy development.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets for sales and marketing operations.
  • Monitor ROI of campaigns, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts.
  • Submit monthly reports with KPIs, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Build, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centric service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong network within the hospitality, travel, and events sectors.
  • Experience with luxury hospitality brands or upscale real estate developments
  • Demonstrated success in corporate sales, business development, and hospitality marketing.
  • Strong understanding of property acquisition, branding, and luxury guest experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, hospitality sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • A strategic thinker with analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
