Sales and Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Promote the hotel’s services, packages, and special offers through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms and assist in creating engaging promotional content.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Goal-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
