Sales and Marketing Executive (3-Month Contract)

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and execute marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who can balance creativity with analytical thinking and deliver measurable outcomes within a limited timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote IT and business consulting services.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns and business strategy.
  • Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development — preferably within IT or technology services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in client engagement, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of IT solutions such as CRM, POS, and cloud systems.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet short-term project deadlines.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for renewal based on performance).
  • Compensation: Competitive contract rate plus performance-based incentives.
