Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Promote loan products, savings schemes, and other financial solutions to prospects and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business associations, and trade groups.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure conversion into active clients.
- Collaborate with the credit team to support loan processing, disbursement, and monitoring.
- Organize promotional events, business clinics, and capacity-building sessions.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, portfolio growth, and performance.
- Achieve assigned targets for client acquisition, deposit mobilization, and loan disbursement.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.
