Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with work from home allowed.
- The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for closing deals, onboarding new customers, overseeing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and generating leads.
- Daily tasks will include maintaining and growing relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive quality service and support.
Qualifications
- Have a knack for generating leads, closing deals & account management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and good Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5yrs work experience in a sales role
- Experience in ICT industry is an advantage
