Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with work from home allowed.
  • The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for closing deals, onboarding new customers, overseeing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and generating leads.
  • Daily tasks will include maintaining and growing relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive quality service and support.

Qualifications

  • Have a knack for generating leads, closing deals & account management skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and good Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5yrs work experience in a sales role
  • Experience in ICT industry is an advantage
