What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, driving client success and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking.
  • Deliver consultative sales by understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals, product demos, and solution architecture.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction to ensure long-term relationships and recurring business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Please stay updated on ICT trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in selling IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or security solutions
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value for clients
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of lead generation, deal negotiation, and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • 3-7 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Executive
  • Must be located ina commutable distance to Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria
