You will:

• Design and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework.
• Oversee risk in venture building, investments, and portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Advise leadership on emerging risks and global trends.
• Champion a proactive risk culture across Trium and the Coronation ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ risk management experience (VC, PE, banking, or financial services).
• Strong grasp of venture-building and alternative investments.
• Proven track record in enterprise risk frameworks.
• ICAAP experience and Professional risk qualification (FRM, PRM, CRM, CFA with risk focus) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills.
