• As a Rider at Cabvibe, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of items to customers across Abuja.
• You will represent the company on the field, maintain strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the smooth operations of our logistics service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and safely
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
• Report any road incidents or vehicle issues to the operations team
• Ensure proper handling and safety of goods in transit
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bike

Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate)
• Experience: Previous delivery or dispatch experience is an added advantage
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and at least one local language (e.g. Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo)

Other Skills:

• Good knowledge of Abuja road network
• Basic smartphone operation (for app use and navigation)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
