About the job

• This role focuses on serving the retail market, including residential and small commercial clients, by promoting our electrical products and solutions. He/she will combine expertise in electrical components (e.g., breakers, contactors, relays, solar and lighting products) with strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products like MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, lighting, and solar solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., internal sales engineers, logistics, panel-builders) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and installation processes.
• Provide after-sales support, including handling technical questions, showcasing proper usage, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance in the field and relay feedback to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to retail customers

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in technical or retail sales within electrical products or a similar environment.
• Strong product knowledge, especially of circuit protection, lighting, and solar products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Results-oriented, organized, and customer-centric approach.
