Job Description
- We’re building a research-led approach to hiring and talent decisions grounded in data, behavioral science, and evidence (not gut feeling).
- This role is not generalist HR.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys research, analysis, and structured thinking
- Can interpret assessment and workforce data
- Is curious about psychometrics, organizational psychology, and talent science
- Can translate insight into practical people decisions.
Salary
N15,000,000 – N20,000,000 annually.
