Salary: 100,000About the Role:FMR AGENCY is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client team in the sports betting and gaming industry. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with account issues, betting inquiries, technical support, and general assistance to ensure a seamless gaming experience. This is a remote role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of sports betting and online gaming platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and verification processes.
  • Resolve technical issues related to the platform, including troubleshooting login and transaction problems.
  • Provide betting assistance, explain game rules, and ensure customers understand promotional offers.
  • Handle complaints, disputes, and responsible gaming concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (payments, fraud, and risk) to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with sports events, betting trends, and gaming regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sports betting, online gaming, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of sports betting, casino games, and gaming industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Freshdesk).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
