Relief Platform Officer
Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Platform Officer to manage and assist the sales team with administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experience, and providing administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with account openings.
- Assisting customers with resolving complaints or account discrepancies and answering questions.
- Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products and services.
- Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer\’s accounts
- Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
Education and Experience
- Candidates with BSC qualification only.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Platform Officer
- Clerical, administrative, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
