Job Summary
- The relationship manager’s job is to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing financial advice and guidance
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of clients, including high net worth individuals, governments, and financial institutions. You work to understand their clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Advise clients on investments, financial products, and services. You also educate clients on market trends and potential opportunities.
- Build trust with clients through effective communication and personalized service. You are the primary point of contact for their clients and become trusted advisors.
- Identify and acquire new clients. You may prepare presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and protocols
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience as a Relationship Manager in a commercial bank (as a core bank staff).
