Key Responsibilities
- Source, acquire, and onboard new SME clients.
- Manage client relationships to drive portfolio growth and retention.
- Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio to ensure timely repayment of loans disbursed.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement and recovery targets.
- Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, lending, or client relationship management (SME lending preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of credit/lending processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants residing within Victoria Island and Ibeju-Lekki (Oribanwa) will have an added advantage.
