Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ISP or telecom network engineering/operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Advanced experience with Cisco and MikroTik routers for MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing.
• Solid understanding of Cisco Catalyst Layer 2/3 switches and MikroTik RouterOS/SwitchOS.
• Proven configuration and management experience with FortiGate and Sophos firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik wireless, Ubiquiti/UniFi Controller deployments, Cambium, Radwin, and licensed radios (Ceragon, Dragonwave, Nera).
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE4/5, MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCINE, etc.
• Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of network security best practices.
