Regional Sales Manager
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager at FPG Technologies and Solutions.
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and cultivating relationships with clients.
- This role will involve working and covering Port Harcourt and all South-South Regions.
- Contribute to organization’s success to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company through planning, budgeting, and overseeing different initiatives or projects of a business.
- Monitors the progress and completion of assigned projects and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients. also, respond to RFP’s/RFQ’.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any of following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields
- A Master’s Degree in any of the above or related field will be added advantage.
- Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
- A minimum of 7 -10 years experience as a Technology Sales personnel in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
- Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Client Relationship Building skills
- Experience in Information Technology sales and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Must possess minimum of 5 years proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.
