Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Lead field customer teams (ACMs & reps).
- Improve customer experience and retention.
- Track KPIs and resolve customer issues fast.
- Build loyalty and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 3+ years in customer/account management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a big plus.
