Regional Customer Manager (RCM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts.
  • Lead field customer teams (ACMs & reps).
  • Improve customer experience and retention.
  • Track KPIs and resolve customer issues fast.
  • Build loyalty and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 3+ years in customer/account management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a big plus.
  • Based in or willing to work in Ikorodu.
