Regional Customer Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts
  • Lead field customer teams (ACMs & reps)
  • Improve customer experience and retention
  • Track KPIs and resolve customer issues fast
  • Build loyalty and long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer/account management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a big plus
  • Based in or willing to work in Ikorodu
