Regional Business Head

Job Purpose

  • The Regional Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the assigned region.
  • This role requires strong expertise in sales leadership, operations management, and business development, ensuring profitability, market share expansion, and smooth execution of company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion channels.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Operations & Process Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches/locations in the region.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in customer service delivery and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and support teams to ensure seamless service.

People Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams within the region.
  • Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs for sales and operations staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Financial & Strategic Oversight:

  • Manage regional budgets, P&L, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular business reports and insights to senior management.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making for long-term business growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership/regional role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-location operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the region.
