Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a deep understanding of job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source top-tier candidates across multiple platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to final placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring all records and communication are accurately tracked within our database.
  • Build and expand a strong network of clients and candidates by conducting outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry networking events.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities by staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, ensuring that the company is always one step ahead in securing new clients.
  • Consult clients on recruitment best practices, offering valuable insights and building a reputation as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Regularly meet or exceed business development targets by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower)
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment or business development within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various sectors (e.g., Banking, Oil & Gas, Engineering).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills — persuasive and confident in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the team.
